Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients
Keebler Ready Crust (Chocolate)
1/2 Cup JIF Peanut Butter
8 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 Small Tub Cool Whip, Divided in Half
1 Small Package Jell-O Pudding (any flavor you like)
1 Cup Milk
1 Jar of Hot Fudge Ice Cream Topping

Mix 1 Cup Milk with Package of Pudding and let set for 5 minutes in the refrigerator.  In separate bowl, mix Peanut Butter and Cream Cheese until well blended.  (Add 1 TBSP milk if not very creamy.)  Blend 1/2 tub Cool Whip into mixture and pour into pie shell.  Heat Hot Fudge in Microwave for about 30 seconds so that you can pour it.  Pour over Peanut Butter layer.  Blend the other half of the Cool Whip into the pudding and pour on top of the hot fudge in the pie shell.  (I cut the slices before freezing.) Freeze for at least an hour or until firm.  Enjoy!

STRAWBERRY GELATIN DESSERT

A favorite dessert of me. I made it for every time when my friends come over and was loved by everbody. It's very good and easy to make! It takes about 10 minutes to prepare.

Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 lb. pkg. strawberries
2-1/2 cups boiling water
1 pt. cream, cool whip

Stir in two and a half cups boiling water into 2pkg. gelatin in bowl 3 minutes until dissolved. Do not add cold water. Place the block of strawberries in that hot mixture. As the strawberries melt, the mixture will start to thicken. Place bowl in refrigerator and allow to thicken to about a strawberry jam stage. It takes about 3 hours until firm.

Special Extra: When strawberries at proper stage, pour whipped topping over gelatin dessert.

Makes 8 servings. Post by C.A.
